Because our products ship from a network of fulfillment partners — including CJdropshipping and EPROLO — processing and delivery times vary by product, and some items may ship from overseas facilities. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, and occasionally tracking may not update in real time even though your order is on its way.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping courier directly to investigate — we're unable to be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
It's your responsibility to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. Because we aim to process orders quickly, there's only a short window to change your shipping address or cancel an order — please email us right away if you need to make a change.
If you'd like to cancel an order before it's processed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. As we try to process and dispatch orders quickly, it may not always be possible to stop an order once it has been sent to our fulfillment partner.
